Dr. Shakeel Azam Awan (District & Sessions Judge)/Dean Faculty KPJA and Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Ahmad, Director General, Shariah Academy, IIUI signed LoU on 29th October 2019 at IIUI for, inter alia, purposes of promoting academic learning, policy–oriented research, capacity building and training of the Judicial Officers and Faculty of IIU and other stake-holders of the justice sector system. It will help boost the quality of legal education and training being imparted to the stakeholders of justice sector system at KPJA. It will further help the Judicial Officers for improving their educational qualifications by a quota being reserved for the nominees of KPJA in LL.M programmes offered by the Law Department, IIUI. IIUI may also be offering specialized courses through distance-learning programmes.
