03-Day Training on Conduct, Attitude, Behaviour, Managing Stress, Maintaining Health & Well-Being for Judges (2 – 4 March 2023)

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy conducted first ever three-day training on “Conduct, Attitude, Behaviour, Managing Stress, Maintaining Health & Well-Being for Judges” from 2nd to 4th March, 2023.
Twenty four judges including Senior Civil Judges and Civil Judges cum Judicial Magistrates from various districts of the Province attended the training.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Ms. Farah Jamshed, Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. In her address, she welcomed the participants and highlighted aims and objectives as well as the expected outcomes of the training. Such like training shall continue in future as well for the benefit of all judicial officers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The training focused on key areas relating to judicial conduct and wellbeing. The discourses included sessions on developing “Professional Attitude and Behaviour”, “Effective Communication skills”, “Channelizing Perception & Behaviour”, “Managing Stress”, “Anger and Conflict at Workplace”, “Maintaining Health & Physical Wellbeing”, “Mindfulness”, “Physical Fitness for Resilient Life”, and “Spiritual Wellbeing”. Interactive sessions and practical exercises formed integral components of the training activities. The resource persons also shared toolkits and practical tips for managing stress and maintaining wellbeing.
The Director General of the Academy chaired the concluding ceremony. Class Representative gave detailed feedback on the training and also made suggestions for further improvements. In her brief remarks, the chair congratulated the trainees. She expressed hope that the training would go a long way in enhancing the professional and interpersonal skills of the participants. Certificates were conferred on the trainees, before conclusion of the ceremony.
