Ms. Farah Jamshed, Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, chaired the concluding ceremony of the 03-Day training. Dean Faculty, Senior Director Stations and Directors of the Academy were also in attendance. Mr. Muhammad Junaid Alam, as Class Representative, appreciated efforts of the Academy for visualizing the need for“well-being” training for judicial officers. . He was of the view that training was refreshing, re-energizing and had an invigorating impact on the participants He suggested that duration and scope of such trainings may be extended.
In her brief remarks, the chair expressed hope that the training would open up new avenues of learning for the officers for enhancing their insight.
Certificates were conferred on the trainees, at the conclusion of the ceremony.
The training focused on key areas relating to judicial conduct and wellbeing. The discourses included sessions “Managing Stress, Anger and Conflict at Workplace”, “Learning tools to cope up Stress, Anger & Conflict”, “Mindfulness: Living in the moment”, “Maintaining Health & Physical Wellbeing”, “Professional Attitude, Conduct & Behavior”, “Effective Communication: Channelizing Perception & Behavior”, “Spiritual Wellbeing: Discussion on Life-Meaning & Purpose”, and “Valuing Time and Energy”. Interactive sessions and physical activities sessions’ formed integral component of the training activities.
