The Academy conducted the fourth and final specialized 05-Day Training on “Substantive and Procedural Laws” for newly promoted Additional District and Session Judges/Izafi Zilla Qazis across the province with support of #UNDP
. The training commenced on 22nd November, 2016 and continued till 26th November. The focus of the training was on Illegal Dispossession Act, Dishonoring of cheque u/s 489-F Pakistan Penal Code & Justice of Peace (Section 22-A of Criminal Procedure Code). The recent judgments of the August Supreme Court of Pakistan on the limits and parameters of illegal dispossession were specially focused. A comparison between previous judgments of the apex court on the subject and its recent judgments was made in a participatory way. The training was formally concluded by the Director General KPJA, Mr. Zia uddin Khattak. In his closing remarks, the worthy DGlauded the behavior of the participants during the whole session. He saw off the participants with thanks and a piece of advice to consistently work hard to serve the cause of justice.
