The KP Judicial Academy, at times, arranges and conducts courses on Short-spanned specialized subjects. In this connection, 02 day training-cum-workshop on the role of female Judicial Officers presiding over Family courts across the province was conducted in the first week of October. This activity was aimed to equip the participants with the required quantum of competence, efficiency and effectiveness. Nineteen female judges and 04 male judges participated in the course. The course material included subjects of Substantive and Procedural Law, Court and Case Management and other specialized topics with special focus on management of Family Cases. In the inaugural ceremony, Senior Director (Research and Publication) Mr. Niaz Muhammad Khan apprised the participants of the scope and objectives of the subject workshop. Resource persons for the course were selected on the basis of their areas of interest and expertise. The training-cum-workshop ended on 6th October. The Director General, in his concluding address congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the course and conferred certificate upon them. He also advised them to share the skills and knowledge with their peers and also to ensure its implementation at their work stations.
