The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judiciay Academy intends to organize a day-long seminar on draft rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure on March 27, 2018. The proposed rules aim at improving overall criminal case managemnet, for expediting process of criminal cases.
Participants from a cross-section of criminal justice sector actors, such as, the Provincial HOme, Law Departments, Plice, Bar, Academia, other High Courts, other Judicial Academies, the Presiding Officers of the Special Courts and Donors working in the criminal Justice sector, are invited.
