The third 5-day training course of prosecutors concluded today ( Dec 7, 2013). The main focus of the course was on the prosecutorial aspects of case management. As many as 25 prosecutors from across the province participated in the course. Due representation was given to prosecutors from Malakand as the course is part of the UNDP’s Strengthening the Rule of Law in Malakand (SRLM) project. In the conclusion ceremony, the participants shared their feedback with the Academy through their representative. The participants also expressed their thanks for their nomination. Justice Mian Fasih-ul-Mulk, senior Puisne Judge of Peshawar High Court was the chief guest. His lordship distributed certificates among the participants and addressed the gathering. Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy also spoke on the occasion. The next training courses on the Court and Case Management and Techniques for Civil Judges and Court staff (Nazirs & Process Servers) are scheduled for 10 December, 2013.
