The Academy conducted the specialized 05-Day Training on “Substantive and Procedural Laws” for newly promoted Additional District and Session Judges/Izafi Zilla Qazis across the province. The training commenced on 6th September, 2016 that continued till 10th September. The focus of the training was on Illegal Dispossession Act, Dishonor of cheque u/s 489-F Pakistan Penal Code & Justice of Peace (Section 22-A of Criminal Procedure Code). The recent judgments of the august Supreme Court of Pakistan on the limits and parameters of illegal dispossession were specially focused. A comparison between previous judgments of the apex court on the subject and its recent judgments was made in a participatory way. The training was formally concluded by the Director General KPJA, Mr. Zia uddin Khattak. In his closing remarks, the worthy DGlauded the behavior of the participants during the whole session. He saw off the participants with thanks and a piece of advice.
