Pursuant to Notification NO. 757/KPJA, dated 11th June, 2024 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy and exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (n) of Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy Act, 2012 (Khyber Pakhtunkwa Act. No. IV of 2021), Hon'ble the chairman, Board of Governors of the Academy, has been pleased to appoint Mr. Justice Syed Arshad Ali, the Hon'ble Judge, Peshawar High Court, as Advisor to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy.
