The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy organized one-day training under Justice Sector Reforms: (Capacity Uplift of Paralegals). 24 Stamp Vendors from District Charsadda, Peshawar and Mardan participated in the training activity.
The objective of training was to reaffirm public faith in the justice system, enhance ethical practices and professional conduct, update legal knowledge and comprehending relevant laws, rules and procedures, refining the professional skills of the Stamp Vendors, for effective and efficient delivery of services and to demonstrate improved services delivery skills in their interaction with other justice sector stakeholders.
Dr. Qazi Attaullah Senior Director (R&P) gave a comprehensive lecture on Professional Ethics & Conduct.
Mr. Wajid Ali, Director Instructions discussed Substantive and Procedural Laws focusing on irregularities, challenges and applications of relevant laws.
The last session of the course was conducted by Ms. Faryal Zia Mufti, Director Instructions. She enlightened the participants on Maintenance of Record.
Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, Director General, KPJA presided over the inaugural & concluding ceremonies. All the directors and faculty members also attended ceremonies. Certificates were distributed amongst the participants at the end of the training.
