The proposed MOUs between KP Judicial Academy, Punjab Judicial Academy and Sindh Judicial Academy will help create a legal network of judicial educational institutions in the country. It will also help in creating better cooperation and collaboration amongst the judicial academies in the country and improve the quality of judicial training in the country.
The following areas are identified by KP Judicial Academy for cooperation and collaboration between the partner institutions:
- Focus on equipping the academies with imparting applied knowledge and right procedure in a way that makes their input and output more effective.
- Stress on practical side of knowledge/training.
- Develop a uniform general training program and a roadmap for every tier of judicial service.
- Developing uniform modules for promotion of judicial officers and court staff conditional on previous trainings.
- Inculcation of knowledge, skill and attitude through modern techniques of learning.
- Focus on our environment and practical issues faced by judicial officer in the country in their judicial work.
- Exchange of training program, modules and trainees to encourage integration
8. Facilitate the exchange of faculty members, researchers and experts for research, teaching and exchange of ideas.
9. Provide opportunities for faculty members and trainees to participate in conferences, symposia and workshops of both the institutions.
It is expected that the MOU’s between the KP Judicial Academy and Punjab Judicial Academy and Sindh Judicial Academy will soon be concluded.
