Mr. Justice (Rtd) Abdul Latif Khan was born in Mansehra. After completing his education, he joined the bar as Advocate in 1982. He was enrolled as Advocate of High Court and that of the Supreme Court
of Pakistan. He primarily worked on civil side. He was elevated as Judge of Peshawar High Court, Peshawar in 2013. He retired as Judge of High Court in 2015. Presently, he is Chairman, Environmental Tribunal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He takes keen interest in teaching law especially Civil Law.
