The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy in collaboration with United Nations Development Program (UNDP) conducted the fifth 01-day training on “Maintenance of Record” today on 24th November 2021. The course participants were the District & Sessions Judges/ nominees, Senior Civil Judges (Judicial), Muharrars, Record Keepers, and In-charge of Copying Agency from the Districts Swat, Malakand, Tank, Shangla and Dir Lower. The modules were designed to sensitize the participants about the Preparation and Maintenance of Judicial Records, Custody and Transmission of Judicial Records, and Preservation of essential record and weeding out of unnecessary Record. The training commenced with the inaugural ceremony chaired by Mr. Zia-ud-Din Khattak, Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. Mr. Ashfaq Taj District & Sessions Judge, Peshawar, and Mr. Ahmed Iftikhar District & Sessions Judge, Khyber delivered lectures on relevant topics. The training concluded with ceremony presided over by Ms. Farah Jamshed, Dean Faculty. The class representative shared his views and appreciated the efforts of the Academy. Mr. Ahmed Iftikhar District & Sessions Judge, and Faculty Members were also present. In the end, the certificates were awarded to the participants.
