UN Assistant Secretary General and UNDP Asia-Pacific Bureau Director Mr. Xu Haoliang visited the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy Peshawar. UNDP team along with Country Director for Pakistan Mr. Marc-André Franche visited various sections of the Academy including the ongoing training session, Research Wing, Library, Radio Meezan studios, Dost Muhammad Khan Mediation Center. A briefing was also given to the team about the progress of KP's first Mobile Court.
Mr. Haoliang appreciated the academic achievements and research studies conducted by the Academy. He also praised the establishment of Radio Meezan for spreading legal awareness in the province which is the first channel of its kind in the Asia. The Director General presented souvenir to the guests and thanks them on paying visit to the academy.
