Trainees of the 64th Shariah (Islamic Law) Course, organized by Shariah Academy, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), lead by Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman, Chairman Department of Training, visited the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy on January 27, 2023. The participants of the course included Judges, District Qazis, District Attorneys, Public Prosecutors, and Law Officers from all over Pakistan.
The Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, Ms. Farah Jamshed welcomed the participants in her keynote address and highlighted aims and objectives of the Academy. The Dean Faculty briefed them about academics, curriculum, achievements and methodologies, While Director Administration gave an insight of the facilities available that the Academy provides. Session was followed by a documentary, covering pre & post structural development of a century old premises and academic activities of the Academy.
Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman, Chairman Department of Training and Department of Fatwa Studies” expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and express hope for future collaboration of both the Academies. The trainees also visited various Wings of the Academy. They appreciated the services being rendered by the Academy, in the field of legal education to the personnel of justice sector.
