Two (02)-day training course for Process Serving Agency (Peshawar Division) from 6th to 7th October, 2015 concluded at KP Judicial Academy. 27 participants including Process Severs, Bailiffs attended the course.
Resource persons delivered lectures on Ethichs & Mannerism, Common mistakes in process serving, Execution of decree & role of Process Serving Agency, Arrest, Detention and Search and Report writing.
At conclusion ceremony, worthy director general Mr. Zia-ud-Din Khattak distributed certificates among the participants.
