Dr. Raza Ullah

Dr. Raza Ullah is the Chairman, Department of Management Sciences, and Associate Professor at Islamia College University, Peshawar. He also serves as the Honorary President of the Alternate Solutions Institute, a leading free-market think tank ranked among the world’s top 50 by the University of Pennsylvania.

He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Peshawar, where his research explored property rights and poverty alleviation. Dr. Raza is a certified alumnus of the Atlas Leadership Academy (USA) and contributes to UNESCO’s Inclusive Policy Lab as a policy expert. He is also a peer expert with the National Business Education Accreditation Council (HEC Pakistan).

Author of over 25 research papers and three books, his work spans governance, property rights, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. He has served as a resource person for the KP Judicial Academy and Provincial Services Academy, training judges, lawyers, and civil servants in governance and policy.

With prior leadership roles in the corporate sector, Dr. Raza brings a rare blend of academic insight, policy expertise, and practical management experience, making him a recognized voice in economic reform, youth development, and institutional capacity-building.
