Dr. Saima Aftab

It is my pleasure to introduce Dr. Saima Aftab, Assistant Professor and Focal Person for Accreditation at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI). With over 13 years of teaching, research, and training experience, she specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic HRM.

Dr. Saima has led successful NBEAC accreditation cycles, produced strong research including Impact Factor publications, and serves as a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and contributed to funded projects, case studies, and book chapters.

Holding a Post-Doctorate from the University of Saint Joseph (Macao) and a PhD in Leadership, she continues to contribute actively to academia, research, and executive training.
