The wing manages a wide spectrum of administrative functions essential for the Academy's day-to-day operations:

Budget and Accounts: This section is responsible for the preparation of annual budget estimates, management of funds, and adherence to General Financial Rules (GFR). It handles payroll systems, bookkeeping, and the reconciliation of expenditures to ensure transparency and audit compliance.
Procurement: Guided by the public procurement framework, the wing oversees the planning and acquisition of goods, works, and services. This includes the procurement of specialized equipment, furniture, and the administration of contracts to support the Academy’s diverse training activities.
Human Resource Management: The wing manages the recruitment and professional development of the Academy's staff, ensuring that the institution is supported by a competent and dedicated workforce.
Maintenance and Repair: Continuous upkeep of the Academy's assets is a priority, including the renovation of existing buildings, repair of technical equipment, and general facilities management to prevent the deterioration of institutional infrastructure.

The Administration Wing spearheads significant development initiatives to modernize the Academy's facilities. Key ongoing and completed projects include:

Campus Expansion: Oversight of major projects such as the establishment of the KPJA Campus at Regi Model Town.
Sustainable Energy: Implementation of solarization projects to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Beautification and Environment: Leading landscaping and green belt development initiatives to improve the Academy's aesthetic and environmental standards.

To support the residency requirements of long-term training programs, the Administration Wing manages high-standard accommodation facilities:

KPJA Hostel: Provides quality boarding and lodging for trainees, including newly inducted judges and justice sector personnel. The wing ensures the furnishing and maintenance of these residential units to provide a comfortable learning environment.
Judicial Officers Mess (KP-JOM): Operated under specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Mess provides catering and social facilities for judicial officers. The management team, led by the Senior Director Administration, ensures that the Mess functions as a hub for professional networking and discipline.

The wing is led by the Senior Director Administration, supported by the Director Administration, Deputy Director (Budget & Accounts), and specialized staff including the Hostel Warden and Budget & Accounts Officer. Together, they coordinate with academic and research wings to align resource allocation with the Academy’s primary mission of judicial excellence
