Amjad Zia Siddiquee

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Amjad Zia Siddiquee, a distinguished District and Sessions Judge, who has been serving the judiciary with dedication since 1998. Over his judicial career spanning more than two decades, he has decided around 45,000 cases and served in various key judicial and administrative roles.
Mr. Siddiquee also worked in the Law Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he contributed to drafting and vetting provincial laws and notably developed the department’s first official website, making all provincial laws accessible online.
He holds an LL.M. in Criminology and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Peshawar, and has attended numerous national and international trainings on juvenile justice, ADR, forensic sciences, and human rights.
As a resource person at the KP Judicial Academy, he has delivered lectures on court and case management, ADR, judgment writing, and professional ethics for judges, prosecutors, and legal professionals.
Mr. Amjad Zia Siddiquee is widely respected for his scholarship, clarity, and commitment to improving the justice system. We are honored to have him with us today as our resource person.
