Ghazanfar Ali

It is my pleasure to introduce today’s Resource Person, Mr. Ghazanfar Ali, a retired BS-20 officer of the Provincial Management Service with over 33 years of distinguished government service.

He began his career as a Lecturer in English and later served more than 22 years in senior administrative roles within the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including key positions in energy, human rights, education, finance, planning, and development sectors. He has also led major development projects and represented Pakistan in official visits abroad.

With his extensive experience in governance, public administration, and institutional development, we are fortunate to benefit from his insights today.
