Arbab Aziz Ahmad

Mr. Ahmad completed his LLB from the Faculty of Law at Peshawar University in 2003. Following his graduation, he embarked on a successful career as a practicing lawyer in Peshawar, where he served  from 2004 until 2016.
In 2016, Mr. Aziz Ahmad transitioned to the judiciary, taking on the role of Additional Sessions Judge. He was promotion as District and Sessions Judge in 2023. Throughout his judicial career, he has served at various stations, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the legal system.
Currently, Mr. Aziz Ahmad is posted as the Additional Registrar at the Peshawar High Court Bench in Dar-ul-Qaza Swat. Today, he will be sharing his expertise on the topic of "Judicious Exercise of Discretion," a subject that is crucial for all legal practitioners and judges alike.
