Baseer Ali Rehman Khan

Mr. Baseer Ali Rehman Khan is a seasoned BS-19 officer of the Provincial Management Service (PMS), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with over a decade of distinguished administrative experience. He holds an impressive academic portfolio, including M.Phil in English, M.A English (Distinction), M.A in International Relations, LLB, and a Diploma in Public Sector Management.

Before joining the civil service in 2010, he served as a Lecturer in English at Islamia College Peshawar. Over the years, he has held key positions such as Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Home Secretary, Additional Secretary Information, Director General Information & Public Relations, and Director General Monitoring Unit, Higher Education Department. He currently serves as Director, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.

A graduate of the 35th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) from NIM Peshawar, Mr. Khan is also a respected trainer and guest speaker, regularly delivering lectures on public administration, leadership, ethics, and governance reforms at premier training institutions.
