03-Day Training on Conduct, Attitude, Behavior, Managing Stress and Maintaining Health & Well-Being for Judges commenced on June 22nd to last till June 24th, 2023.
Twenty Civil Judges cum Judicial Magistrates from various districts of the province attended the training.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Ms. Farah Jamshed, Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. Dean Faculty Mr. Muhammad Shoaib & the Directors were present during the ceremony. In her address, the Director General KPJA, welcomed the participants, highlighted aims, objectives and the expected outcomes of the training. She added that training modules significantly focused on physical activity sessions to reset, refocus and restart life’s journey by connecting with nature.
First three sessions of the day were conducted by Ms. Maidah Waheed, Clinical Psychologist on Managing Stress, Anger and Conflict at Workplace by understanding Stress and Stressors and adopting resilient and mindful life-styles.
On day-02 trainees had a session of “Walk with nature” to connect with the love that nature beheld. To form healthy eating habits, Clinical Nutritionist Doctor Rafi-ud-Din Khattak gave a detailed insight into maintaining healthy living for a healthy mind. Member Inspection Team Peshawar High Court, Mr. Mohammad Zeb Khan shared detailed discourse on Professional Attitude, Conduct & Behavior. A session on effective communication was also given by Ms. Nazneen Shad, former Additional Director Training Pakistan Academy for Rural Development.
Day-03 started with an activity of introspection to reflect with nature following with a session on spiritual wellbeing. To value time and personal energy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah Director General Federal Judicial Academy shared words of wisdom with the participants.
