Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy organized two days consultative workshop on capacity uplift of paralegals.
Mr. Muhammad Shoaib, Director General (Acting) highlighted objectives of the workshop in his inaugural address. The primary objective is to further strengthen public faith in the justice system. The workshop is held with specific objectives to identifying Comprehending relevant laws, rules and procedures, the problems faced by the paralegals and refining the professional skills of the paralegal for effective and efficient delivery of service.
The participants includes Judicial Officers, representatives of the Home Department, Treasury Office, Revenue Department, Collector Peshawar, Peshawar High Court and District Bar Associations, Stamp Vendors, Deed Writers, Petition Writers, Notary Public & Oath Commissioners.
