02-Day Training on Office and Case Management for Court Staff

Education, Training, and Development can help courts improve court and justice system performance and achieve their preferred future.  The judiciary must maintain the rule of law through enduring principles and predictable processes while also responding to powerful forces shaping both society and the judiciary. The end is excellent court and justice system performance.  Because judicial branch education helps courts maintain balance between the forces of change and enduring principles and predictable processes, it cannot be remedial and limited to training.  Rather it is strategic and involves education, training, and development.
Realizing the important role of court staff as the supporting pillar of justice system, the Judicial Academy arranged 02 day training on office and case management targeting two court staff cadre i.e. Civil Muharrir and Process servers. The course included Ethics & Mannerism, How to effectively manage the office of a civil moharrir, Common mistakes in process serving, Skills on Office Management, Execution of decree & role of Process Serving Agency and Report writing: charity & comprehension .
The concluding ceremony was simple but impressive. Mr. Zia ud Din Khattak DG of Academy formally concluded the ceremony and conferred certificates on the participants.
