The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) organized "One week training for Capacity Building of the Excise & Taxation Staff in Narcotics Control” from 24th to 29th October, 2022. The training was arranged for the second batch of officers of Narcotic Control Wing of the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The inaugural session was chaired by Ms. Farah Jamshed, Director General KPJA. She expressed hope that trainees would inculcate a sense of collective responsibility in curbing the menace of narcotic drugs from the society. Engineer Dr. Eid Badshah, Director Narcotics Control Wing (NCW) attended the ceremony as Chief Guest. He, in his keynote address, emphasized upon trainees to avail the opportunity to the maximum in refining their knowledge, skills and attitudes. Directors of the Academy were also present on the occasion. Twenty-four officers of the Department from various districts have been nominated to attend the training.
