The fourth meeting of the Board of Governors (BOG) of the academy was held on 28 June, 2014, at 03.00 pm at Academy under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Justice Yahya Afridi, Vice Chairman of the BoG/hon’ble Senior Puisne Judge of the Peshawar High Court. the following attended the meeting; Mr. Arshad Khan, Registrar PHC; Mr. Azhar Khan, Member Inspection Team PHC; Mr. Muhammad Asif, Additional Registrar (Admin) PHC, Prof. Dr.Fayyaz ur Rehman, Principal Khyber Law College, Mr. Muhammad Arifeen, Secretary Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department Law, and Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy/Secretary.
Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy/ Secretary of the BoG, welcomed the members of the board. The following agenda items were discusses and approved.
- Annual budget for the year 2014-015
- Request to the Federal government to approve a sum of Rs. 100m as endowment fund;
- Formation of a committee to review Academy’s Rules
The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to & from the Chair.
