The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy was visited by Mr. Justice Nasir-ul Mulk and Mr. Justice Abdul Latif Khan on April 8, 2022. The Former Chief Justice of Pakistan shared his knowledge and views on “Judicious Exercise of Discretion” with the participants of Pre-Service Training for newly inducted Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrates/Illaqa Qazis.
The discussion was followed by discourse of Mr. Justice Abdul Latif Khan who shared his expertise on Specific Relief Act,1877.
