The training of fourteen (14) newly appointed Qazis of Balochistan Province was conducted by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy pursuant to MOU signed with Baluchistan Judicial Academy. The key subjects of the training were: Ethics, conduct & attitude: Conduct & Qualifications of Qazis under Islamic law and its jurisprudence; Communication Skills & Techniques: Family Courts, Establishment, Jurisdiction & Functions: Framing of Issues in Family Cases; Conduct of Public Servant under the Relevant Pakistani Laws: Decorum and Dignity of Courts: Stress Management Skills & Techniques; Rent Laws: Order Sheet Writing in various kinds of civil cases and petitions; Judicial System in Malakand: An Introduction to Nizam-e-Adl Regulation, 2009; Bench Bar Relationship in the Administration of Justice; Pre-emption law: Pre-emption law: Judicial Discretion: Judicious Exercise. Besides, the trainees also visited Peshawar High Court and Peshawar Museum. They regarded training productive and useful.
