A delegation of students of Lahore Grammar School, Peshawar led by Syed Murtaza Zahid Gillani Advocate, Lecturer and Mr. Zarak Khan, Section Head visited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) on March 11, 2023.
Ms. Farah Jamshed, Director General, KPJA formally welcomed the students. In her welcome address, she highlighted the aims, objectives and mandate of the Academy. A short documentary encompassing history and achievements of the Academy was displayed. The Dean Faculty gave a comprehensive briefing about the training activities and academic programs while Director Administration, elucidated the administrative set up, of the Academy.
The participants visited various Wings of the Academy including the auditorium, classrooms, research wing, library, studio radio meezan studios, daycare centre and hostel. The visit was followed by a formal interactive session between the faculty members and the participants and informal interaction on refreshments.
The faculty and students of the delegation highly appreciated the contributions of the Academy towards the capacity building of the justice sector stakeholders.
