Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy hosted a webinar on 4th April, 2024 to raise awareness about the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Service Act, 2014. It focused on educating participants about the legal framework surrounding the Right to Public Services and emphasized the roles and responsibilities of service providers, under the Act.
Mr. Muhammad Asim Imam, Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission, Peshawar, presented an overview of the law and roles and responsibilities of designated officers under the Act. Afterwards, Mr. Muhammad Asim Imam, Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission and the participants engaged in an interactive session for deeper discussion on practical aspects of the law.
Participants included District & Sessions Judges, Deputy Commissioners, District Police Officers, Senior Civil Judges (Judicial, Admin & Family), and District Monitoring Officers.
