The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) hosted a 02-day webinar on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act, 2013 (RTI Act). Held from April2-3, 2024, the program focused on rights of citizens to access information held by public bodies, a fundamental right enshrined in Article 19 of the Pakistani Constitution.
Mr. Muhammad Shoaib, Dean Faculty KP Judicial Academy, presented a detailed overview of the RTI Act. This informative session was followed by an interactive discussion, allowing participants and faculty to share experiences and insights.
The webinar was attended by District & Sessions Judges and Senior Civil Judges (Judicial, Admin and Family).
