05-day training course on case and court management was successfully concluded today. The course was a unique one as it targeted the newly promoted District & Sessions Judges (DSJs). It focused on administrative responsibilities of the DSJs, ranging from financial management to human resource management, performance evaluation, leadership and crisis management and office management. It was for the first time that a special course was designed for senior judicial officers following their promotion. The course will help prepare the newly promoted DSJs to perform their new administrative responsibilities efficiently and effectively. On Saturday (15 Nov.), a workshop on Criminal Justice Coordination Committee was also organized for the participants. Mr. Justice Mazahar Alam Miankhel, Chairman/Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, was the chief guest in the concluding ceremony. The hon’ble Chairman distributed certificates among the participants of the course and the workshop. His honor also delivered a speech on the occasion.
