The second 05 day training on “Substantive and Procedural laws” for Senior Government pleaders, Government pleaders and Additional Government Pleaders of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province was also successfully completed. The second training was held from 13th December to 17th December 2016. The objective of these trainings was the capacity building of the participants. A total number of 25 Government pleaders completed the training. Course for the training was designed by the Faculty of the Academy. Its main subjects included: The role of Ethics in Professional Conduct and Delivery of Service, Human Resource Management, Burden of Proof and Documentary Evidence, Conducting of Suits for and Against Government and much more.
