FATA REFORMS

            The Government of Pakistan has published a report on FATA reforms. According to the report, the reforms will be implemented on the basis of a gradual and phased approach. The Justice Sector has an important role to play in the administration of justice. In order to implement the reforms, it would be in the fitness of things to be prepared beforehand. In this connection a study has been initiated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy for the integration of FATA with KPK vis-a-vis the role of the judiciary.
